Celebrating FIVE big years!

I can't believe it- my little girl is turning FIVE!  It seems like just a few weeks ago I was bringing her home from the hospital.  Time sure does fly, and today we celebrated Megan's 5th birthday.  My parents have been on vacation and stopped in so they could be here for her birthday, so it was nice having the whole family together to celebrate.  I'm going to spare everyone of seeing ALL the pictures and just highlight a few.  (Bear with me, I've been feeling pretty run down and under the weather lately)

The first picture I'm sharing is of Megan's birthday card.  I made this a few weeks ago using a Greeting Farm stamp named Megan.  On the actual image there is a bow in her hair where her ponytail is at the top of her head, but I covered that with a crown brad from Recollections.  It worked perfect for the birthday princess!  Here's the card:

Now that you've seen the card itself... here is a picture of Megan holding her card:

And, last, but not least... here is the birthday cake she requested for this year.  I'm NOT a decorator, but she loved the way it turned out, so that's all that really matters!

So my little girl is now five... I still can't believe it.  It's like you blink and they grow in the second your eyes are closed!  Happy Birthday, Megan!
